We are healthy and ethical and we use many taditional West Indian ingredients in our cooking.
All our meat is free range. Everything on our menu is prepared from the best possible ingredients we can find, many sourced locally.
We also specialise in vegan, vegetarian and wheat free recipes and are happy to discuss any special dietary needs with you.
We can prepare a menu which is traditionally Caribbean in influence or British and international, the choice is yours.
